Initial Contact: When you call our office as a potential customer you can expect to speak to a knowledgeable staff member who will collect information about your vision for your project. Our staff will try to get a basic understanding of what you want, and will arrange a time for a member of our design team to meet with you.
Consultation: One of our design team members will meet with you at your home to discuss your vision. We will answer questions and offer design advice to help define your goals. Our team will also collect information about your home, such as measurements and other technical details. At this point we will also have a preliminary discussion of budget, to see what you would like to spend to accomplish your goals.
Estimating & Design: Our team will use the information we have collected to design and estimate your project, making every effort to fit the project to your desires and budget.
Design Review: We like to meet with you at our Selection Centre (located in Kettering) to discuss our proposal for your project. We can show you the products we like to use, such as cabinets, countertops, and flooring. We have a vast array of products available, and can usually find something that meets your needs.
Construction Contract: If you like our design we will create a professional contract for construction services. This contract will specify precisely what we will do and what products we will use.
The Build: Our production team will work with our design team to implement you project. We utilize highly skilled and talented craftsmen to provide an excellent quality of work.
Completion: We finish and “hand you the keys” to your project. Our team will see the job through to your satisfaction.
